How is life at NID Andhra Pradesh?

Now let’s get to the part you were waiting for. How is the life there? Well, most of the days consist of going to college and then coming back and also being loaded with tons of work. Many days you stay up all night to get done with the work. Pulling ‘all-nighters’ is pretty common at NIDs. Since it’s a course-based system, you have submissions due almost every week. But don’t worry, I am not trying to scare you. It’s all fun work and it’s pretty much doable when you see everyone around you also doing it. 

 Other than college, since you don’t actually have a hostel system with wardens always monitoring you and stuff, you spend evenings at each other’s flats. Playing games, gossiping and even cooking together. Weekends usually. Since you have time then. People make plans and go off to nearby cities or beaches pretty often. 

 There is a really good community culture at NID AP. Everyone comes together and organizes events and celebrates festivals together. Everyone makes the decorations all night and celebrate the next day. This way you feel like a family. It helps everyone to miss their homes lesser.
